Rebar Direct is one of the few California suppliers of fusion-type hoop welding for caltrans certified rebar cages that meet all west coast standards and specifications.
We utilize a tech-based fabrication process that enables us to weld these complex hoop cages to your exact specifications. Our team of expert machinists is always available to answer your questions, share knowledge, or discuss your specific needs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Rebar Direct currently operates out of two weld shops, located in Southern California and the Central Valley, ideally suiting us to deliver fast, accurate, and cost-effective certified welded hoops to locations across California.

Rebar estimating is time consuming and frustrating for many of our clients. We can take that pain from you. We are one of the independent rebar fabricators in the west coast to have in-house expert estimators ready to perform precise take offs.
Rebar Direct uses industry leading software to accurately estimate projects. We can typically provide an estimate in a couple of days depending on the size of the project. We pride ourselves in easy communication, expertise, and accuracy!
We can provide Lump Sum and Unit Price estimates based on your request.

Rebar Direct in-house team of skilled detailers understands that efficiency and accuracy are crucial to your construction projects.
We create custom design drawings that calculate the required rebar size, spacing, location, and lap splicing of rebar in accordance with customer provided project specific contract drawings.
Our team can also make recommendations based on decades of experience to ensure maximum efficiency and performance of your rebar.
Rebar Direct detailers use advanced rebar CAD software to ensure precision detailing and all applicable construction requirements and delivered quickly to meet client schedules. We’ll ensure you have everything you need during the detailing phase, provided with exceptional customer service!
